PetBook IQ facilitates connections between pet owners, veterinarians, breeders, and farmers. White Rock IQ is not a veterinary provider and is not a party to any consultation, transaction, or sale conducted through the application. Responsibility for the quality of care, goods, and services rests with the providing party.
